DuctMedic, Nebraska’s leading air duct cleaning company, is hiring full-time Air Duct Cleaning Technicians in Omaha. No experience required — we provide paid training, all tools and uniforms, and opportunities to pursue NADCA, VMT, ASCS and CVI certifications.

About the Role

This position involves cleaning and restoration of HVAC, dryer vents, exhaust and ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings throughout the Lincoln area. Local travel is required during the workday, and company transportation is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Complete NADCA, VMT, ASCS and CVI certification programs (with support from Company)
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
  • Care for customer and company property, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA standards
  • Work independently and with team members on residential and commercial job sites

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude; HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn and complete training programs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hr based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
